Refund Policy
Order protection made easy.
An optional protection package is available for a small fee on domestic orders. This package includes hassle-free returns, exchanges, and shipping protection.
Returns initiated without this protection are subject to a restocking or return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
What’s included with the protection package:
Unlimited Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any eligible (non-final sale) item within the standard return window for free. There are no return shipping or restocking fees when using this protection.
Package Protection
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, you’re covered. Simply report the issue within a specified number of days from the delivery date, and we will take care of it.
This optional protection package is currently available for domestic orders only. For all international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Return Window
Return requests are subject to specific timeframes from the delivery date. Generally, requests received within an initial period are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Requests received within a secondary, extended period are typically eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. If these terms are not met, a restocking fee may be applied.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit, Refunds, & Exchanges
All returned items must be received and processed at our facility before any refund, store credit, or exchange is issued. If approved, store credits will be sent to the customer via email as a virtual gift card code, which can be used on a future order at checkout.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
